1. Do you ship across India?

Yes, Resin Artifice currently delivers all over India. We are based in Indore, M.P., and ship safely through trusted courier partners via Shiprocket.


2. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet but we’re working towards it. Stay connected with us, and we’ll share updates when we’re ready to ship globally.


3. How long does it take for my order to be ready?

Each piece is handcrafted specially for you. Our usual processing time is 4–9 days before dispatch. If you need something urgently, feel free to write to us on WhatsApp after placing your order.


4. What are the shipping charges?

  • Orders up to 1.2 kg → ₹99

  • Orders between 1.2–2 kg → ₹150
    (Charges may vary for heavier orders.)


5. Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Customizations and personal requests are handled personally via WhatsApp or Instagram — so just drop us a message and we’ll take it from there.


6. What is your return/exchange policy?

Since each product is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if your product reaches you damaged or defective, we will happily offer an exchange. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Customized/personalized products are non-refundable.


7. How do I pay?

We currently accept payments through Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.


8. Are the images on your website real?

Yes — all product images in the carousel are real photos. Some styled background images may be AI-generated to help you imagine how our pieces can look in your space.


9. Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes, we do! Resin Artifice pieces make thoughtful luxury gifts. For bulk or corporate gifting, please connect with us at resinartifice@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
